It refers to companies that provide services such as production, distribution and sales of the Reverse Vending Machine (RVM), as well as installation, technical service and maintenance. RVM manufacturers must be authorized by the Mint in order to manufacture and supply RVMs to be used within the scope of the Deposit Management System.

RVM manufacturers must obtain the “RVM Manufacturer Preliminary Authorization Certificate” to register their RVM models, and the “RVM Manufacturer Authorization Certificate” to make registered RVM models available for use within the scope of the DMS.

The RVM Verification Unit (Optical Reading Unit and Control Unit) will be procured only from the Mint, in return for the fee to be determined by the Mint.

The outer surface of the RVM will use a standard surface coating method, and apart from the information plate, there will be no company logo, name, or brand/model information on any visible surface of the RVM.
