Return Points
It refers to centers, operated automatically or manually, where consumers/users return empty packages that carry a deposit fee within the scope of the Mandatory DMS and request the deposit refund; and that are registered within the administrative, financial and technical framework determined by the Agency and/or the institution authorized by the Agency.
It refers to equipment registered within the administrative, financial and technical framework determined by the Agency and/or an institution/organization/business authorized by the Agency; capable of generating visual and physical information about the package, matching and comparing it with barcode information and the DMS logo; storing and sharing electronically all data related to its transactions; and documenting the performed transaction.
It refers to locations operated by Sales Points authorized by the Agency or by other entrepreneurs, where consumers can return empty packages and receive a refund of the deposit fee in return.

You must complete your pre-registration by visiting dbys.gov.tr, and then obtain approval for your request to become a return point.
In the dbys.gov.tr system, click the section in the top-left corner that shows your name and surname; on the screen that opens, go to “Add Company Role” and make the selection appropriate to your field of activity. You must be using a system administrator profile for this action.
