Who is included in the Security Deposit Management System?

Refers to the real or legal person or importer who places the products within the scope of DYS on the market. Producers, i.e. the companies that offer these packaged products to consumers, are obliged to ensure that the packaging and the markings to be placed on it are placed on the packaging in accordance with the standards developed by the Turkish Environment Agency.

Refers to the companies authorised by the Mint that produce DYS marked packaging and labels with special ink for deposit products.

Refers to stores, markets and similar sales units where packaged products subject to Compulsory DYS are shopped wholesale and / or retail, including electronic media and distance sales transactions.

Refers to the centres that are operated automatically or manually and registered within the framework of administrative, financial and technical issues determined by the Agency and/or the institution authorised by the Agency, where empty packages bearing a deposit fee are returned by consumers/users and the deposit fee is requested.

Refers to real/legal persons, institutions/organisations and companies that produce deposit product return machines.

Refers to legal entities and authorised users of the company that carry out temporary storage of verified and unverified deposited products.

Refers to the authorised users of the legal entity and the company that performs the verification and counting of the deposited products.

Refers to legal entities providing transport services authorised under DYS and authorised users of the company.

Refers to the environmentally licensed waste processing facility registered in DBYS, registered by the Agency, to which the empty packages with deposits collected within the scope of DYS are sent for recovery after verification and separation.

It is a definition that refers to individuals or businesses that directly contribute to environmental sustainability by taking part in the process by delivering the empty packages after the consumption of disposable packaged products purchased by paying a deposit fee to the return points determined within the scope of the system and receiving the deposit fee back.
